I appreciate all of the responses to my previous posting, however, I
apparently need to clarify my question. I am not looking for the
Third Party Legal Opinion Report. I am looking for the "Legal
Opinion Principles" which apparently came out of an ABA meeting on
April 7, 1998. BTW, I am still looking. Thanks again.
