After trying Westlaw, Lexis and a number of internet sources--and striking out--I am appealing to NY law librarians for a copy of the full text of the following: Diaz v. Josephthal, Lyon & Ross, Inc., No. 97 Civ. 4802 (LB) (S.D.N.Y., 8/26/98). Of course the attorney would like a copy asap. I will be glad to pay charges for a faxed copy. Thanks for your help!
