I am in need of an article from Journal of Limited Liability
Companies (WG&L): Keating & Cohen, Operating Agreements
After Check-the-Box, vol. 3, pg 177 (1997). The University
of Iowa is the only one in the state that has the journal &
their issue is missing. I tried LEXIS (no Westlaw) and we
don't have OCLC. If it is not too long, we would appreciate
a faxed copy, but snail mail will do. Thank you in advance
for your help.
