We have purchased the two CDroms made available by the GPO, and are
having a difficult time using them. We cannot search on one, and have
concluded it may be defective. On the other, we can search, but are
having difficulty printing. Is anyone else trying to use them? Are you
experiencing any problems with them? Trying to call GPO tech services
is futile, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
