CRIVGram--October 8, 1998. A few weeks ago, questions were raised about the
price increase for supplementation of Bromberg & Ribstein on Partnership.
CRIV asked Anne Bernardo of the Tulare County Law Library, who was in
contact with the editor at Aspen, to keep us posted on Aspen's policy. Her
reply is attached below.

Subject: Response from Aspen on B&R
Date: Wednesday, October 07, 1998 7:15PM
Hi Chris:
Today I received a formal response to the supplementation of Bromberg &
Ribstein on Partnership from Aspen's editorial director. He is sticking by
their 2x per year at $295 each (which now equals the full price of a brand
new
set). Let me know if you'd like me to fax you his 3pg reply. Thanks.
