GPO Access, the Fed. Reg. and Clinton/Starr

Does anyone know of an alternative site for PDF versions of the Federal Register? I have been trying to download a copy of a notice all week, but still cannot get much of a respose from GPO Access. My guess is that most of the bandwidth is being eaten up by the materials released last week by the House Judiciary Committee.

P.S. I have tried the agency's site, but they only have an ASCII version of the rule.

P.P.S. In anticipation of the many wonderful offers that this list is known for, please let just state that a fax or photocopy probably won't be pretty enough, and anyhow, I'm not in that much of a rush. But thanks anyway.

P.P.P.S. If you have a PDF file that you can e-mail me, that would be super! I am looking for the PTO notice of June 1, 1998, on nucleotide sequence patent applications, 63 F.R. 29,620.
