Thanks to Mary Ann Samson of Saint Louis University, Bill Moody,
Jim Milles, Ron Huttner, Deirdre Simmons, and Chuck Lowry and other Matthew
Bender employees.

Saint Louis University provided at least one of the Irish primary statutes we
were looking for (Statutory Instrument N. 33, 1994)

Primary material on International laws is generally very sparse.

LEXIS-NEXIS was the best source of the law of foreign countries.

WESTLAW had some very good secondary material in TP-ALL.

Saint Louis University at MaryAnn Samson <samsonma@SLU.EDU>
holds a lot of material on Irish law
and was very helpful in FAXing material (with a monthly billing option).

Matthew Bender provided a general treatise on a 30-day trial with 2-day delivery
(" International and Distribution Law") Telemarketing ain't all that bad.

A Lexis field rep countered with Clasen, "International Agency and Distribution
Agreements." 4-volumes on a 30-day trial.

The Internet was a great starting point:
http://europa.eu.int/

And, of course, LAW-LIB is unmatchable.

Thanks,

Bob
