I need to get my hands on a Declaratory Statement issued by the Florida
Board of Medicine in 1997. The statement was issued in response to a
request for an opinion by a Dr. Bakarania, and it concerns the issue of
PPMs paying practitioners percentage management fees based upon revenue
generated by the practitioners and the likelihood that these fees could
constitute fee -splitting.
I have been able to locate plenty of articles concerning Dr. Bakarania and
the declaratory statement, but I need a copy of the actual statement which
doesn't appear to be online.
Can anyone help me? TIA...
