Dear all - the Summer 1998 issue of the _East European Constitutional
Review_ (v.7, #3) has been published. It features articles on
presidential powers in Belarus, administrative confiscation of
intellectual property, international war on corruption, the new Russian
electoral law, and the end of post-commmunism. This issue is also the

Once there, click on "Search UnCover", then the first "Search UnCover
