Good morning!
I am looking for a copy of the original 1913 federal income tax form (4
pages). I have talked to everyone from the Library of Congress, the IRS,
government bookstores, to some area law schools (including gov. depository
libs.) with no success. I found the form on the Internet, but was hoping
to find a better copy from a library. Does anyone know of where I might
obtain this form?? Thanks for your help.
