I sent this message earlier today, but it doesn't seem to have gone through.

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this type of form, agreement etc. It is used between a plaintiff and defendant in complex litigation and has something to do with getting a better deal against a third party defendant (?). Not sure if that's quite accurate, but it is definitely referred to as a "Mary Carter Agreement".
