I am trying to locate a copy of the Proceedings, NAD Workshop III,
"Advances in Claim Substantiation", New York, April 29-30, 1991.
NAD is the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business
Bureaus.
NAD itself is unresponsive. A firm in DC has it cataloged on OCLC but it
is "off the shelf." If you have this, I would appreciate a call or email and I
would like to borrow it via fedex. Thanks.
