Here at Suffolk we take the WordPerfect version of the electronic
CILP and, through a combination of macros and other things, convert it to
an HTML document. Combined with a cgi-perl script, faculty can select
what articles they want copies of and send an electronic request to our
circulation department, who then photocopies the article for them.
(Eventually I'd like to have links directly to the articles on the Web
(West/Lexis), but I haven't sat down and tried that.) It takes about 10
minutes to do the conversion.

While it is restricted to just authorized users, there is an old
demo page up which will show you the basics. It's located at:

        http://www.suffolk.edu/law/library/democilp/

We do still print out a few copies and give the paper versions to
particular faculty, who prefer it in paper. Or, they can download the WP
version (2 column, smaller print) from the Web and print it out
themselves.
