We have been asked by a patron in Texas to obtain the following:
State of Texas Restatement of Torts, 2nd or 3rd Edition
I'm not aware of any state-specific type of Restatement publication, but thought
that maybe some Texas librarian out there might have some insight into what this
might mean (in Texas anyway.) I have already provided my requestor with general
information on the Restatement of Torts, as well as Texas Jurisprudence,
thinking maybe they wanted the TexJur article on Torts, but would appreciate any
local ideas as well.
