Wait, if velcro can hold my husband's bullet-proof vest on.....maybe it
can work on paperstock too! Let's suggest that GPO include a strip of
velcro with the next empty cover it sends out.
I wonder if the empty volumes are considered when they calculate
the annual subscription price. Since it was $951....maybe the extra
dollar is for that empty cover :-)
