I have a patron loking for a treatise that could answer the
following question, any help on sources you would reccomend
would be greatly appreciated.
A Hungarian citizen was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in an
accident in Indiana. The Hungarian citizen has a BBP insurance policy
(Accident, Life, Luggage) that she took out with a Hungarian Insurance
Company. The driver of the vehicle has insurance through an Indiana insurance
company. We are trying to determine which coverage is the primary coverage.
We also need to determine whether this Hungarian Insurance Company has the
right to subrogate its claims in Indiana. We are looking for any
international insurance law treatises, etc. that may assist us in answering
these questions.
