I just staple 'em on, making certain that the rough side of the staple is
facing inward. This protects readers from staple cuts.
I don't worry about perfection in stapling replacement covers. I'm just
glad to know that the volume on the shelf is current, so that I don't have
to to claim "missing" volumes that aren't really missing!
