I've heard conflicting stories about the
status of this publication. Does the
government publish it? My understanding is
that it does not. Is there a private
publisher that has an authoritative version
of it? My understanding is that the
privately published version (Aspen?)
continues to be updated but no longer tracks
the official version. Can anyone shed some
light?
