This is my first foray into the EC.
I've been trying to find an Irish document called:
"Statutory Instrument N. 33, 1994"
This deals with the termination and liability for terminating
self-employed commercial agents. Section 17 of the European Communities Act.
LEXIS has only UK material under the database:
"Statutes and Statutory Instruments of England and Wales"
WESTLAW has no coverage.
I have found reference numbers labeled "SCAD" and "CELEX" and other code numbers
for documents abstracted on
http://eurpoa.eu.int/
But I can't gain access to the documents themselves.
Any clues or help from across the Atlantic"?
