A recent news story -- David E. Rovella, ABA Issues Guide to Defending
Judges, Nat'l L. J., Sep. 14, 1998, at A7 -- describes a handbook issued
recently by the ABA Judicial Division, Special Committee on Judicial
Independence. The article does not give the specific title of the
handbook, but the name of the project on which the report is based is
_Response to Criticism of Judges_.
This handbook is not yet on OCLC. I've left messages at the ABA Judicial
Division and with the Package Plan coordinator at the ABA Service Center,
but had no response yet.
Does anyone have more detailed information about this handbook, and how to
obtain it?
