We are trying to identify which book(we think that it may be from some
seminar) would contain the following forms:
1.Model Opinion : Security Interest in Security Entitlements Under
Revised Article 8 Perfected by Filing UCC Financing Statements.
(pagination of document is 1-9, pagination in book is 111-119.)
2. Model Opinion: Security Interest in Security Entitlements Under
Revised Article 8 Perfected by Control Agreement.
(pagination of document is 1-8, pagination in book is 121-128.
We have ruled out PLI because of the size, but it could be ALI-ABA.
Any clues would be helpful.
