Just writing to see if anyone has had the same experience we've had.
We recently received four unsolicited new binders with new innards
from West. These binders and innards, we are told by West, are meant
to update the old binders and their filings. When we received a new
filing supplement (#18) that is supposed to go in the new binders, the
holes were consistent with the old binders (which had four holes) and
not the new binders (which have five). Does anyone have any insight
into this? We called West, and they seemed mystified.
