CD-ROM Bill Back

I am curious how many people are billing back to clients use of CD-ROMs
or their equivalent on Internet sites. If you are doing it and have
software to help you do it please let me know. We currently consider
CDs much like the books and do not bill back but the line between these
and Lexis and Westlaw is becoming more blurred.
