All proposers of workshops and programs for the 1999 Annual
Meeting in Washington, D.C. will be notified regarding the status of
their programs by October 1, 1998. Members of the Annual
Meeting Program Selection Committee began making their
telephone calls to proposers yesterday, so you should hear shortly
regarding whether or not your program/workshop was accepted.
If you have any questions after talking with the AMPSC member

Once again, I want to thank you for your proposals. Our job
selecting programs and workshops for the 1999 meeting was
tough, but fun, because of the high quality and quantity of the
proposals. I look forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C., in
July, 1999, for "At the Crossroads: Information Management,
Technology, and Policy."
