I won't respond to your utterly stupid diatribe, other than to tell you
that the University is NOT "removing" me.

I was engaged for 3 years, on 1 October 1995, and my contract expires on 1
October 1998. The University is simply not renewing it, as a decision of
our Industrial Relations Commision in May this year prevents it from so
doing.

That is not synonymous with "removal".
