I don't know about Westlaw, but Lexis gives you an option to set up their
traditional software to take advantage of an internet connection. It seems
faster with the T1 line and does not need a new contract or learning new
commands.
Call their techie support folks for additional details (I was walked through
in about ten minutes.)
