CRIVGram--September 22, 1998.

CRIV forwarded Diane Quart's complaint about poor response from West Group
to Mark Wizany of WG customer service. Mr. Witzany contacted CRIV
immediately and said they were going to attend to Diane's problem right
away. He admitted that West had slipped up on this particular problem and
apologized for the mistake.

In the past few weeks I have snet West Group Customer Service 2 e-mails
(8/25 & 8/27) regarding a problem/question with its filing instructions
for Automobile Design Liability. To date I have not received an answer
or a telephone call.

West Group, I hope you are monitoring this list service today because
you could take some lessons from Matthew Bender on timely responses.
