In the past few weeks I have snet West Group Customer Service 2 e-mails
(8/25 & 8/27) regarding a problem/question with its filing instructions
for Automobile Design Liability. To date I have not received an answer
or a telephone call.
On 9/16 I sent Matthew Bender Customer Service an e-mail about some
problems I was having with filing instructions to their Personal Injury:
Actions, Damages, Defenses. Today I received a phone call and all my
questions were answered and the pages I was missing are being mailed
out.
West Group, I hope you are monitoring this list service today because
you could take some lessons from Matthew Bender on timely responses.
