Try contacting Grant and Cutler in London. I've ordered foreign language
publications from them for years. They accept email orders.

We are looking for good Spanish-English/English-Spanish dictionaries both
for legal and for medical terminology.

Looking in WorldCat, I couldn't find anything too promising for medical
terminology, but did find a few legal dictionaries. I settled for
ordering the West legal dictionary. Unfortunately, my attorney was MOST
disappointed with it, finding that far too often the translations were
merely literal and not from term of art to corresponding term of art.

If anyone has found something really useful, especially for medical
terminology, could you please give me some info.

Many thanks!
