It's 7.13am on Saturday 19 September, here in Melbourne Australia, and
searching for needles in haystacks is my favourite pastime at that hour ;-)
There is a recent article entitled "Taxing Electronic Commerce - Part III"
by Geoffrey S. Turner of Davies, Ward & Beck, Barristers And Solicitors
(Canada), which may well be the one you are after.
It is on Lexis-Nexis.
Select the WORLD library, and the CURNWS file therein. Then run a search
for "electronic commerce and doernberg". It will pick up the relevant article.
How do I know ? A student asked me for it recently.
By the way - if any of you Law-Libbers know of a good job for a used
University Lecturer, please let me know.
My contract at this University is expiring on 1 October, and the Faculty is
dispensing with both my subject and myself :-((
