Looking for Sales and Use Taxation book.......

        I am looking for a title, which may be relatively new, called:

        Sales and Use Taxation of Computer and Internet Transactions
        published by Software Tax?? (something like that)

        Have checked local sources and browsed on the internet. We do
not have access to OCLC, RLIN, etc. If anyone out there has this
title, we would like to borrow on ILL. We will pay for all charges
incurred.

        Thanks. (nothing like a needle in a haystack on a Friday
afternoon!!!)
