In response to my request for the identity of software for the
automatic completion of patent, trademark & copyright forms, IP Legal
Form by LegalStar received the most complimentary review. More info on

The BNA product is still in DOS and the Bender product was reported
not to be as easy to use as needed at one firm. One firm had succeeded
in using Adobe software to insert "fill in the blank" spaces into
electronic forms. If anyone needs more detail, please let me know.
