This morning I spoke at length with the editor, Lou Rubenzahl. He said Aspen
is taking this matter very seriously and a written response will be issued as
soon as the company has reviewed it. This was his first notice on the subject
and he was alerted to it by monitoring this LISTSERV. Thank you all.
<<Has anyone received a satisfactory answer why the 4 vol. Bromberg & Ribstein
on Partnership has gone from a 1x/yr supplementation of $155.00 in 1996 to
2x/yr at $295.00 each in 1998(I received an update in April and the second one
in August)? All that Aspen's customer service and sales department can tell
me is that this title has been changed to 2x updating.
