Two things:
First, many people have replied personally to me that they, too, would like
the salary info from the ALA (Administrators) Newsletter. I will gladly
post the information to the list.
Second, I'm looking for what appears to be a Restatement 1st. It is called
Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers (1966), section 204. I've
located TDs and proposals for this under Restatement of the Law 3d, but
those are too recent. If anyone has the old (1966) version (although the
senior partner requesting it said, "Christine, it's recent, it's from 1966),
would you please fax to me? We'll pay charges. Thanks!
