     I am trying to determine the increase in charges for supplements,
     loose-leaf filing and replacement volumes for FLETCHER CYCLOPEDIA
     CORPORATIONS since West took it over from CBC. I just received my 1998
     pocket parts and the cost is $722.25 to supplement 33 volumes and
     another $88.98 for Vol. 19 loose-leaf filing. I definitely feel we are
     being gouged and would like to make a case for discontinuing this set.
     Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Beth
