If you have had any experience with using DIRECT ACCESS, an online product
from the Massachusetts Secretary of State which provides access to a variety
of public records, I'd appreciate hearing your evaluation. How does the
coverage and searching capability compare with LEXIS? Is it reliable?
Does the billing procedure permit client charge-backs? Thanks for any
input.
