I need to find copies of Tariff Agreement Act Letters #25 and #34. (Westlaw had #48 which I also needed.) The cite was 16 Cust. B. & Dec. 925, but neither Westlaw nor Lexis have the earlier numbers. I have not found a local source for the early years of the Customs Bulletin & Decisions & do not have the full cites needed for an ILL request. (I did find an reference to TAA #25 on Westlaw with a publication date of 5/13/81.) I also looked on the Internet at the U.S. Customs Service site without luck. If anyone can suggest a source for these letters I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
