Corporate law for the Cayman Islands

Last week I was asked to locate the corporate law of the Cayman Islands
and I sent the attorney the 1995 Commercial Laws of the World. Today I
was informed that there were 1998 changes to the corporate law for the
Cayman Islands. Do you have any suggestions as to where I may be able
to find an updated version of the law?

I have tried the internet, Lexis, and various international libraries
here in New York City. There does not seem to be a consulate for the
Cayman Islands.
