And, even more importantly, this. An attorney misses a case due to faulty materials. An adverse decision is made & his/her client loses. Can the attorney/law firm sue the publisher? And, could this be a class action suit?

 So far I am aware of 140 F. 3d, 994 F. Supp.,
219 B.R., 69 & 70 Cal.Rptr.2d. Why are we having these
problems? I am not familiar with how reporters are manufactured.
Is it new equipment installed? A bunch of new employees?
A shortage of quality controll personnel?
