I also had the same problem with accessing the Internet Lexis when I tried to
put in the ID and password. Our solution was this-- add the same address you
have for the http gateway to your provider in the security box. Go to Edit,
choose preferences, click on the plus sign next to advanced, choose proxies
and then manual proxy config-view. In this box, see if the security box has a
number in it; if not, put in the same number as the http box above. This
