I'm looking for the full text of some proposed NY regs, which don't appear
to be online anywhere ( LX/WL/ Internet). Here's what I know about them:
NY Department of Tax & Finance, proposed regulations section 151, 161.3(c),
185.3(k).
20 N.Y. Reg. 27, 8/12/98.
