Just an obversation. In today's mail I received five bound West reporters.
 Two were "corrected" copies and one was the volume referenced below, which,
by the way, is defective. Maybe they got two right on the first try ;-)

Mine, too. I guess they got tired of screwing up TOCs and have switched to
screwing up the actual Contents.

Has the thought "Gee, now that we've spent all this money acquiring West,
where
can we cut costs? I know - quality control! Nobody will notice cuts there."
crossed anybody else's mind, or is my innate cynicism showing? (I try to be
cynical - it keeps me from becoming bitter.)
