I need to obtain the Internat'l Air Transport. Assn. SARP on baggage
security which I believe has a cite of 1740(c) Pt. 2. It is not on
their website and I have been unsuccessful contacting them (perhaps not
surprising due to the Swiss Air tragedy). If anyone can assist, I would
be grateful.
