I would like to borrow volume 23, issue number 2 (Spring 1998), of Law
and Social Inquiry. The publisher claims to have mailed the issue to
subscribers. However, I have yet to locate a library which has received
it and the publisher says it will take four weeks to send me a copy. If
you have received the issue, would you be willing to loan it to me?
