Is anyone aware of a publication (article, book chapter, whatever) that
discusses challenges for lawyers in wheelchairs when arguing in the
courtroom, and techniques or strategies that the lawyer might employ in
overcoming those challenges? I have checked the legal periodical indexes,
our bibliographic utility, and the Internet (although I could easily have
missed something). Thanks for any help.
Note: I am not interested in works on what courts can do to make their
courtrooms more wheelchair friendly.
