We are in desperate need of 2 recent Federal District Court decisions that
do not appear to be on Wexis.
The first is from the Northern District of California. The judge was Breyer
and the ruling was made public last week. In fact, there are several news
articles about the case, including an LA Times article. The decision
involves Pacific Bell, Sprint, MCI and A T & T. Apparently Pacific Bell was
found in violation of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and ordered to pay $1.52
million in damages.
The second is from the Western District of Texas and the judge was Sam
Sparks. The case involved Southwestern Bell and was released on 9/1/98. A
Dallas newspaper article indicated the order was 33 pages in length.
We are willing to pay any costs involved if we could get copies of one or
both decisions today. Thanks for your assistance.
