We made it available to a handful of our lawyers, one of which uses it
quite heavily each month. The ones who use it like it because it offers
them a means by which they can receive early notification about lawsuits
filed in various jurisdictions.
By way of observation, I would add that the product has made work for
the library staff. One lawyer in particular sends us about 6 to 10
requests per week for complaints, etc. that he learns about via
CaseStream. Also, our monthly bills are quite hefty. I suppose the
price matches the value -- our lawyers might not learn about these
lawsuits otherwise. But be prepared to spend a lot of money after the
initial investment.
