Mary Lou:

This sounds like a question for the editorial staff for the UCC materials at
West. Try sending an email to West Group customer service, asking for the
name and number of the editor for UCC Digest. The email address is
customer.service@westgroup.com.

If you get an answer, let me know.

We received revised Volume 3-302-3-307 of the UCC Case
Digest last month. It is now published by West

Article 3307 of the UCC was renumbered in 1990. Section 3307 now deals with
the breach of fiduciary duties. The revised volume still lists in the
digest the annotation for what is now section 3304 of the code.

We just paid $138.94 for this revised volume that does not reflect changes
made in 1990 and there is also no indication in this volume that Article 3
has been revised. Am I missing something? Haven't most states adopted
article 3? I did find some annotations for the revised section 3307 in the
Findex volumes, but shouldn't there be some indication in the digest
volumes?
