We just purchased a video tape from the Wisconsin Bar, entitled "Preparing for your business deposition." It is pretty current, about 20 minutes long (I think), costs about $150, and here at my firm is slowly replacing the similarly titled videotape from Matthew Bender from 1982.

Help! I have an emergency request for a good, recent videotape on
preparing a witness for a deposition. The only ones I have been able to
put my hands on are pretty old (early/mid 80s) and I am hoping to find
