A big thank you to all who responded. (Janice Eldridge, Bonnie Schwatrz, David Leone) I knew that you could send a simple letter to the commission to withdraw a registration, what confused the heck out of me was the commission then recorded the letter as a "RW". I was trying to locate a formal SEC form, oh well :>)
